Yesterday,Today,Tomorrow
So simple and yet so difficult to achieve, right?Can you forget the events of a day, specially if they've been one of the extremes-happiness, sadness,fights, arguments, someone close shouting at you......I guess what we can do is to try and replace the negative thoughts with positive ones..that'd help to a great extent. What do you say?
